"Bo's initiation and the focus on procedure are enough to hold our attention for a while, but at the hour mark, things start to get a little labored. The procedure gets laid on thick, and seems to be working so successfully that one has to wonder if we're just going to watch a routine bust, followed by a drink at the local pub and high-fives all around."

What eventually happened didn't make it any less labored. But it'd probably have been better had the movie been screened w/o dubbing and censoring of Maggie Siu's colorful language. And, of course, the high expectations set by the director's mentor's films.

In spite of this, it was still a nice night out. Thanks Sarah. (: And for the candy too. Haha.
